I was able to make some more progress with the floating tenons, but I ran out of tenons, so I had to crank out a handful on the table saw. Then I needed to round the edges with the router, but the router stopped running. I did a youtube search and found some great info. If you use the router in a table (upside down) the dust will collect in the starter box and prevent the contacts from connecting. I took the router apart, cleaned out the box that was packed with sawdust and away it went. Good fix…..more later..
