0743, Tue, 102213.  Rocklin, CA.

I don't know if it is residual from the week end or karate last night, but I am running about half speed this morning, ha.  One of the guys at karate last night was complaining about getting old.  I guess he felt I would understand.  Then he finally asked how old I was (63).  Then he said he was turning 59.  Just a kid.

I am still working on the house plan, on to the roof design now.  This is always a challenge.

The grandkids came over in the afternoon.  We finally got the ghost project working, I think.  The wire that forms the arms kept poking through the cloth and the table wobbled, knocking the orange (head form) off the bottle top (body form).  We did get a coat of spray starch on both ghosties and left them to dry.  We also had a couple of packages with Halloween hooligan sticker kits.  The kids enjoyed putting those together.

Another fine day around here with the best weather ever.  Speaking of weather, there is what looks to be a huge hurricane headed into Acapulco.   It is predicted to head into land a bit south of La Paz, but lots of worry just the same.  Hurricanes are not 100 percent predictable and I am sure there will be lots of rain from it still.  Glad it is someone else's turn to worry….more later..
