Browsing the houses for sale there was a good looking place in Sun City. Not knowing much about Sun City I decided to look up the rules (CC&Rs). The rule book is just that, a book. I decided it might be easier to see what people thought. Amazing, someone was in deep trouble for planting a bush in their own front yard. Looking at the Google map I noticed there weren't any cars. Oh maybe one or two in a driveway here and there but other than that, none.
People may love this kind of control but for one who has had the freedom to roam where I might and drop the hook wherever I felt, it just isn't my cup of tea….more later.
