We got it. No longer homeless. It is located here in Rocklin about a quarter mile from the kids, close enough to be in the neighborhood but not like we are right on top of them. We will have a big Oak Tree in the front yard complete with a swing made from a wooden board and ropes. There will be plenty of projects to keep us busy. So, here we go.
We had a walk to school yesterday morning despite the cold, so Sue and I layered up and headed over. Max wasn't running around in a t shirt and flip flops so it must have been cold. I remember as a kid never giving in to the cold. Anyone who knew me back then would remember me wearing shorts year round. Now I wasn't crazy, I would layer up on top with lots of sweaters to keep warm, ha.
