While working on the new house we were visited by the insurance guy. He did a quick walk through checking out what was there and what might be a liability I'm sure. I always wondered how an insurance company could insure a place they never saw.
The next step at the house is to etch the concrete floor in the garage and start the job of removing the popcorn ceiling in the master bed room. Eric loaned me a scraper that he had made while doing their ceiling and it is perfect. My ceiling is painted so it needs to be knocked down once to expose the material so I can dampen it. I made pretty good progress, stopping often to let my arms get a rest, but I am real glad I don't have to do the entire house, whew…..more later..
