I worked on putting together the window frame. We were still trying to find out if ¼ inch glass is ¼ inch and how much to allow extra for the slot the glass will go into. I made a trip down to the glass shop but the fellow who knows the product wasn't in. It was late afternoon by the time we got the information when he called us back, so that held things up a bit.
Jimbo dropped by to say hi and chat for awhile. He heads to Mexico today to get his legal status down there. They have moved the immigration office right next door to Paradise Village. How convenient is that? It is a brand new building with air conditioning. Wow!
I saw a weather report for La Paz and it showed the hurricane just across the peninsula in Magadalena Bay. I wonder what that is like in La Paz. Brent, from karate, left for a week of fishing out of San Diego and the word is the Hurricane is to follow the coast. I warned him to keep an eye out for the weather while down there…...more later..
