0539, Sat, 110114. Rocklin, CA.

Ryan came over about mid day with a U Haul truck to pick me up. It was piano moving day. The old piano is going to Max's school. We had a little trouble with the dollies but managed to get the piano out of Ryan's in one piece and loaded onto the truck. Once on the truck we came up with the great idea to use a hand truck instead. When we got to the school the new idea went easy as could be. The principal was a music major in school and was real excited to get the piano. They don't have a music room set up yet so it went straight into the principal's office. A job well done.
In the evening it was trick or treat time. Max was a mummy while Karissa was Ariel, complete with a bright red wig. She was a little timid at first with this whole trick or treat idea but soon got the hang of the whole thing. We saw everything from a wolf to Waldo on our trip around the neighborhood. There were a couple of places that left a bowl of candy out front and kids were taking a piece and leaving the rest. Pretty kewl…..more later..
