0723, Sat, 031415. Munjack Cay, Bahamas.

I worked on tile until mid afternoon while Phil was busy doing odds and ends around the house. Lynda had to head into town to pick up Ali. It must have been a bumpy trip as the wind was blowing pretty good.
The tile is a challenge, no grout, so all the cuts need to be as precise as possible. It's going ok but today we start glueing things in place so that will really tell the outcome.
Phil and I went for a visit to the new neighbors who are building by the back dock over at Bill and Leslie's place. Gill and Nancy are from Quebec and have gotten a good start on their place. The main posts are in with girts in place. Now the task of laying down floor joists. First floor is high enough to walk under which should get them high enough to get whatever breeze there might be but I do remember that area being inundated with no see ums.
In the eve we trekked down to our dock and through the hooks in the water for a bit. Phil caught one little guy but that was it. We tied the lines to the post and called it a night.
I must have slept well, Phil said it poured rain for about an hour. I missed the whole thing...more later.
