1810, Mon, 080315. Westchester, Pennsylvania.

We had a great day of rest. So grateful that we didn't have to rush to the airport, get there early, then wait to be crammed into a little seat for the flight home. We kicked back and enjoyed the day. We weren't totally lazy as we did make our way into town to the local Starbucks to charge up our batteries as well as those of the computer so we could figure out the next leg of our journey.
Back at camp we enjoyed our evening meal while a little bunny, not too much bigger than a softball, was getting some zzzz's under a leafy bush about eight feet away from us. He could have cared less about us.
We were up about dawn and off for our trip across Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, and finally into Pennsylvania. Traffic slowed in a few spots but overall it went well although the lady on the GPS gets lost easily and makes some wack-O moves at times. Leaving RI we took the scenic route along the coast and through some gorgeous neighborhoods with some really classy homes. Generally the homes in this part of the states are what I would consider on the large size, must be a lot cheaper prices than back home. Nice just the same. It amazes me how each lawn is well groomed, and each yard is well kept. Maybe it is the harsh winters that don't allow for leaving anything outside but I don't think I have seen one place with junk piled around the outside of the house.
We made good time today so we have a few hours to enjoy the campground, another KOA. Our camp spot is right on a little river overlooking green pastures on the far side. We took a swim to refresh ourselves after the long drive then got word that one other couple has signed up for the tour tomorrow. It takes four people minimum to get the tour of Philadelphia so it is a go. We have already met the other couple, looks like it should be fun. With traffic, problems getting the van into parking garages, etc we thought the tour would be perfect. It hits all the highlights we were after.....more later..
