0606, Fri, 051818. Rocklin, CA.

I started out the day working on a couple of bridges for the Moss Rock and Timber RR. Progress. I cut a few pieces of wood down to an eighth of an inch by a quarter. These are glued together in a form to make the curve in the bridge forming the beams. Then little ties are glued in place. Looks pretty kewl.
Home Depot run in the afternoon. We picked up all sorts of things, the main portion being a piece of plywood for a speaker box I will be putting together. More on that later.
We dropped by Ryan's to check out a corner of his garden where he can't seem to keep the plants from dying. There were a couple of scooches in the bark, looks like he may have some sort of animal using his plants to relieve themselves. What to do. It looks like the water is doing well, so that isn't it. He needs something to scare those dogs away.
Sue finished the day hiking over to the park to listen to a school music program for Max and Karissa. The school put on a show in the park for the anyone who was interested. ….more later..
