I was able to get a little framing project done finishing up the circle in the outer wall. Then it was time for karate and coffee. Jay and I talked about some of the ideas given us by Manfred. He talked of imagining a shield on some of the moves. A great visual to get the right form in the blocking arm. Good talk…..more later..
