It was karate and coffee day. Jay and I went down to Roseville to meet with one of our seniors, Manfred Chew Sensei for a great chat about martial arts. With all of my knowledge and study of my favorite kata I was still able to learn more from Sensei Manfred. He is so packed with knowledge and just a great guy to be around. Time well spent….more later..
