Sue has finished up the painting in the bathroom completing the walls. I worked on some final touch up of smoothing out the floor, ready for tile. How exciting.
Yesterday was karate and coffee with Jay. During my morning practice I came up with a realization from Heian Yodan. There has always been a series of moves that just didn't make sense, until yesterday. Wow, really cool. I shared my idea with Jay. He liked it and will be testing it on his own. In the meantime he came back with another insight in Bassai. Great meeting…..more later..
