It was Coffee and Karate day. Jay and I headed off to Roseville for a visit with our senior, Sensei Manfred. He is such a great guy with lots of little historical stories about Shotokan Karate Association as well as lots of information about the moves. We went over moves in Heian Yodan, Kwanku, Bassai, and Tekki Shodan. Lots of different interpretations of various techniques. …more later..
