It was karate and coffee with Jay. We tried a new place in Roseville. Figs Coffee is right downtown Roseville. It's a nice little place, seating outside, a front room, and a back room. We opted for the back room, filled with overstuffed chairs and couches. Real nice. This might be our new spot.
Jay has taken up Yoga. He was filled with ideas that relate to karate directly, things we have been doing over recent years, but presented in a different way. Great stuff…..more later..
