We did a little running around town yesterday after dropping Sue at the doc's and KK at school, post office, Home Depot, Lowes, and Joanne's. Then I was off to coffee and karate. I bought a new book for my studies, Anatomy and Physiology. Very interesting. Then the day was finished up with the usual run to Aikido. Enjoy the Fall….more later..
