Friday I figured I was going to have a big weekend so I skipped weapons class but went to regular Aikido class. Saturday I made both morning classes at Aikido then headed to Auburn for several hours of seminar for karate. Then the karate group ascended on Mike
S's house for a potluck where I was able to connect with lots of friends. I skipped Sunday's karate class and took a day of rest. Good idea! All was fine with me….more later..
