Not a lot going on this weekend. Sue and I made it to the gym both Saturday and Sunday and then I had Aikido for a couple of hours both on Saturday and Sunday. I am still waiting for the removal of the stitches which is scheduled for later this week so I am still on the side lines taking notes. Still learning a lot…..more later..
