I think I am in the fit 90 percent range on the cold. Pretty nice. I attended Aikido last night and did pretty well.
Sue headed out to the backyard to enjoy the sunshine and do some trimming so I couldn't resist. I joined her and did some tree trimming. Nice to get that work done. …more later..
