My back decided to need extra attention lately so I wasn't able to join the group at Saturday's Aikido Seminar. I was able to sit on the side lines and take notes, almost as good as being a part of the activity. Same for Sunday class but I was able to do a few kata before class and participate in some of the warm up before taking a seat. My notes are full of great moves that will have to be tried at a later date.
Sunday was filled out with two races, Formula 1 and Indy Cars. Formula 1 had some great action up front with the top three drivers making some great moves with McLaren coming in one two…..more later..
