It looks like another nice day out there. We had a great weekend. Saturday was full of Aikido. Semi-personal training for three and a half hours straight. Whew, I was wiped out on Sunday. But that came to life with a lot of pampering from Sue and a great time with Ryan and Beth watching the F1 race. It was a good race with some great passing, or attempts at passing, with a different outcome than usual. Sue put together a great meal with Beth's salad and Ryan jumping in to do the carving.
