We were busy with the gym, Costco, and appointments. So, not a lot new around here. I finished up my day at Karate leading the class through Bassai. I took a bunch of my Jo (sticks used in martial arts) to work out some of the moves. It was a first for them to handle the Jo. I think they enjoyed it as it relates to the kata, originally a bo kata…..more later..
