0637, Thu, 052412. Honeymoon Cove. The wind came in gusts last night pretty much the entire night. Each time we got a gust the lines on the front of the boat (bridle) would pull tight and make a creaking noise as it tightened over the edge of the bow. I will have to do something about that today.
We heard our first whale sounds. It really comes through while you are in the hull. It is sort of like a high pitch moan.
Well, it was a nice day and we took full advantage of it. So nice to be caught up on projects. Jim and Jeannie of Oasis have joined us in our little cove. They came by for cards in the afternoon and Russ would be proud of the guy's team. We took the lead, two for two, HA. As Sue said, when I'm hot, I'm hot.
Last night's feature was Snatch. Brad Pitt plays a couple of the roles in a crazy movie. It is really laid out differently than other movies, kind of jumping all over the place, but I think it works. I'd put this one up near the top of the list to see…..more later..
