0803, Mon, 050613.  La Paz.

 

We are back.  After all those painful good-byes we managed a very easy trip back home.  We even were able to get into the Mexican residence line going through immigration with our FM3 status and zipped through without any wait.  This got us on an earlier shuttle back to La Paz instead of hanging around waiting at the airport.  We picked up a couple of sandwiches at the local Subway and were back on board by 1900. 

We had a great two week visit of which we couldn't have asked for a better time.  One little hitch was Sue's cold, we could have done without that.  The Grandkids are growing so fast and loads of fun to interact with.  Michelle and Eric are very busy around the house, always fun to see what is new since the last visit.  It is amazing to see how well they balance work, kids, chores, projects, school, and all.  It's a good thing all those things happen while we are still young.

We got a few short visits with Ryan and Beth and enjoyed their company as well.  They too are very busy with work and projects around the house.
