We are patiently awaiting the chain to be delivered any day now. It left the galvanizer several day ago but it is hard to tell what their schedule is around the Mother's Day holiday. By the way, they celebrated yesterday. Funny it would be on a different day than the
Sue sounded like she was getting cabin fever staying on board all day so we took off for a walk down the Malecon and enjoyed an ice cream at the Burger King along the way. Our boat waxer has taken a couple days off to visit his mom, a four hour trip away. He hemmed and hawed around about taking the time off, but we said it was important for him. He was quite happy.
Our movie last night, The Vow. Based on a true story (a horrible story with a sorta good ending I guess) a young couple fall madly in love. She unbuckles the seat belt at a stop sign to lean over and give him a kiss. A truck rear ends them and she is sent through the front window. They both recover but she is without any memory of her marriage. Check it out
more later..
