0652, Mon, 060313.  Caleta Lobos.

I can hardly believe my ears.  The wind stopped early this morning making it so quiet it was hard to sleep, ha.  The sea gulls are calling and the sun is poking its shiny orange face over the mountain top, just one of those beautiful mornings.

The one boat in the anchorage left about mid day leaving us to ourselves for a few hours but by the evening we had four neighbors, so boats still come and go.  We had some crazy neighbors the other night, one of those big chartered yachts.  Just before sunset they decided to go skiing with the wind blowing around fifteen knots, two of them to boot.  One was on a wake board while the other was on skis.  They plowed through the water but the boarder didn't make it.  You would have thought the skier would have been the one unable to hold on.  I bet he was sore in the morning.

I finally got the nerve to put my genealogy records onto Ancestry.com.  I just topped the four hundred mark in the people count, that's exciting.  Too bad my Dad isn't around to enjoy it.  He would have been happy to see all the information getting so organized.

Cards.  Now why do I play those silly games.  Sue whooped me one more time, what can I say.  Showing for the next few nights are the Mission Impossible movies so we took in the first.  Kind of funny to see what the technology was when they made the movie.  Email and the net were nothing like now.  How fast things change…..more later..
