Another rolly morning. The small waves are coming in from the west, our little bay is open to the west, and the boat is sitting facing the south. This mix makes for a bouncy ride. We have also been spoiled by the wind. It stopped yesterday eve and our power was a lot lower than usual. Oh well, life on a boat. The wind came back throughout the night and power is back up.
We got a couple of neighbors late in the day. One was one of those power boat charters, partiers. They partied until the wee hours of the morning. With these rolly waters there will be a few fat heads in that boat this morning.
The evening was real nice yesterday. We actually sat on the back deck for awhile without too much of a bug problem. After about an hour though they drove us back inside, nice while it lasted.
Another day with no cards. We were both glued to the screens. I have added another pile of people, Sue has cleaned up a bunch of scratches. Well, it does keep us entertained.
We are getting down to the end of our movie supply. Last night we watched O Dark Thirty. The story of catching Osama Bin Laden. The master mind for the whole thing was a young lady recruited right out of High School. She worked on it for twelve years and almost got shut down by the people in the know. Amazing…..more later..
PS from Sue…Rog checks the news online in the morning and today, when he checked Yahoo.com news, they had printed: "No news today" and gave a link for another site. Wow…almost like the days when we could reach the end of an internet search!
