We had a great little breakfast gathering. Sue' brother Jim and his wife Sue came up to our area for breakfast and a chance to get together with Ryan and Beth. The six of us enjoyed a great time at the local Black Bear Restaurant.
Then the evening was spent at Sue's sister's place (Micki and Brian) where Jim and Sue were staying the night and Michelle's family was able to join us. The little ones did a great job of entertaining themselves with some toys that their Aunt Sue had found for them. Max enjoyed a bright colored slinky while Karissa was busy with a light up unicorn. Then Sue brought out the paper cups when it was time for dinner and we each got to pick our nose. Each cup had a picture of a different animal nose so when you were drinking out of it, it looked like you had the funny animal nose. Lots of laughs. Eric was kept quite busy with a very intricate transformer that Brian had. It seems that Brian had changed it into a man figure, sort of, and couldn't get it back to the car shape. Eric worked on it for some time but I think even he was stumped. It was quite funny because the box said for five and older.
Sue and I made it home for one episode of Glee and then were off for a good night's rest….more later..
