We had a great gathering of the family at lunch time. Ryan swung by from work and Michelle and the kids dropped by. Sue had a great project for the kids making autumn trees. After cutting quarter inch strips of a lunch bag she twirled the strips together making for a twisty looking tree trunk and branches. The kids then tore pieces of tissue paper into small pieces and glued them to the branches. After five or six trees there was quite a forest, a great centerpiece.
Other than that it was a pretty normal day just tinkering around the homestead….more later..
