0733, Sun, 122913.  Rocklin, CA.

It was a typical Saturday morning starting off with karate.  Dave lead the class, a retired police officer, who always brings a very realistic element to the class, great class.

Then it was home where plans were made to see if the wedding tape could be salvaged.  We have an old tape from our wedding that was made on an old funky machine way back before any fancy recording stuff was invented.  Nowadays it is impossible to find the old reel to reel machines, but a friend just happens to have one.  He tried getting the tape to play and actually got to listen but trying to get it from tape to CD was not working.  Sue and I headed back up to Auburn where we worked with Jim some more with some new stuff purchased from Fry's.  We figured we could transfer directly from Jim's recorder to the computer and onto a CD, but the computer was back home.  We borrowed the recorder and, once home, Sue was able to get the recording put on a hard drive.  For some reason it didn't want to transfer it to a CD, but all came out well in the end.

The rest of the day was spent simply goofing off around the apartment getting loads done but nothing really…more later..
