It seems we picked the right house to buy. We introduced our family to the new place and it took the grand kids about two seconds to discover the play house in the back yard. They took over the little place, cleaning, discovering, and having a great time together. It was a big hit. We met one of our neighbors who came over and introduced himself, once again saying what a nice neighborhood it was. Sue and I went around the place once more with a tape measure, filling in measurements and correcting others so I could then go home and make an accurate floor plan.
I'm not sure where the rest of the day went other than another stop by Home Depot. It was a beautiful day as we listen to the weather in the east dipping down into super low temps. I'm still struggling with adjusting to our nice weather, I'm not sure what I would do back there…..more later..
