Happy Valentine's Day! My valentine and I will be off to the house to do some more renovations. Yesterday was quite productive getting the new joists all in place and braced. Now there is some blocking and little things to clean up before I remove the final old joists. The framing is coming near an end in the Family Room.
We id our usual school walk in the morning and then were in charge of the grand kids in the evening as it was Tax Day for E & M. Max has a new project. We gave him a beading kit for his Birthday thinking it might be a little tedious, but he is doing fine with it, handling those little tiny beads with all the patience in the world. A butterfly is the first project and he now has one and a half wings done. Karissa is into comic books. I'm not sure what she gets out of them but she certainly likes looking at the pictures.
