Sorry I missed a day. It was an early morning run up to Auburn for a 6 am class then a meeting after. Sue got to sleep in a little. Jay had called to see if I wanted to make a few kata before the meeting figuring I might just be crazy enough to say yes, I did. I'm glad I said yes since Jay pointed out some stuff he has been working on and it has given me a perspective. Funny how you hear the same stuff over and over yet once you are ready to learn, it sinks in. It will change practice for me, always fun.We have sold the pellet stove. Someone called with interest and then came over to look. Nice to get that out of the family room, one less thing to trip over.
I bought a big dust collector to keep the dust down when working in the garage and spent the morning putting it together. It should do the trick. I now have to get a piece of hose for the final hook up between the table saw and the collector. It will be a nice experience since I was always the final dust collector in the past…..more later..
