0705, Mon, 041414. Rocklin, CA.

I spent the day designing and making a sled for the table saw. This is a tool used for making cross cuts on long pieces of wood. It is a sort of table that runs on top of the saw that you put your material into to help guide your material through the saw. After some time I came up with a design and finally left at the end of the day with lots of pieces glued up. Today I will finish assembly.
Sue is going to paint the outside of the fridge. She spent some time on it doing a thorough cleaning both inside and out. It looks brand new now. She was also in the master bedroom doing prep for painting the walls.
The kids came by for an inspection. I guess we wowed them with progress so they didn't notice all the little flaws. Max and Karissa headed right out to the playhouse to see what was new out there. We enjoyed a chat as always with them…..more later..
