A new toy arrived yesterday, it is called an edge sander. It is like a big belt sander on its side. I had one in my shop back in Meadow Vista and aside from the table saw, I think it was the tool most used. It is great for shaping things taking off a lot of wood or just a little. I got it set up yesterday afternoon but it didn't come with a plug so I didn't get a chance to start it up. Once up and running I will then have to find a place for it.
Cabinets are being made while others are being dismantled. Sue started removing the island cabinet finding it difficult. I think she would be happier if we could just come in with a tractor and sweep it away…..more later..
