0630, Mon, 070714. Stratford Upon Avon, England.
One last day. We made it through the entire day without getting wet with a few showers while on the bus. It really came down in buckets once we were in our room but not a drop on us.
We walked through a small town called Broadway, on the scale of Carmel, with little shops lining both sides of the street in old stone buildings.
We made our way to Stratford and then back into the countryside to a little Inn/Pub for tea and scones, then back to the hotel for a very nice dinner. After, Sue and I walked across the street to the river to get a close up look at the dozens of canal boats tied in their slips.
It looks like the sun is out now, keep those fingers crossed for one last day.....more later..
