HAPPY NINTH BIRTHDAY, MAX!!!
Parts for the bed have been sent off to the painter for finish before assembly. It was off to HD to pick up lumber for the shoji screens. Super Bowl time, so the streets were bare. There were more people at HD than I had expected but still it was quiet. We had figured we would do our shopping at Cosco as well during the SB, and there again, not as crowded as usual but still plenty of people around. Nice to get a parking spot up close though. Once home and groceries unloaded we turned on the game to see what was happening and timed it just right to see the half time show although dancing dolphins with smiley faced palm trees really didn't impress me a lot. Not being big football fans the game was quite impressive. It could have gone either way. I think MVP should have gone to the guy who caught the ball as he flew through the air bouncing it off his toe, his hand, his leg, and just about every other spot imaginable......more later..
