It looks like another nice day. We started out with a visit from Michelle and going through pictures from the trip. Next on the todo list was a visit for an update with the doctor for Sue. He prescribed more of the same, upping the meds a little (this is a good thing) as well as the salt, also a good thing.
In the afternoon we headed off for a track meet. Max is now on the one mile track team. It was stinking hot so Michelle had made some frozen neckerchiefs, great idea. Max did ok with a strong finish and seemed to be all smiles.
It was my first evening back at karate and other than the heat it wasn't too bad. Can't wait for some cooler weather there...more later..
