Got a new student at karate last night. 13 year old girl. It should work out great with our two 14 year olds. She really pushed herself in class. I mentioned to Jay to let her back off a little but he let her go. Then, with all the heat of the day, she hit the wall. Over heated. I sat her down, got her some cold cloths and she was fine. Back into the fold but just a little bit easier on herself. Hope she sticks with it…..more later..
