Kevin Sensei is out of town so last night was my given night to teach class at Aikido. Although punches aren't used in Aikido we do moves against punches. Needless to say, there are plenty of Aikidoka who can't punch worth beans. So, last night was karate class, but more specific, punching class. It seemed to go over well. Lots of good comments after class…more later..
