0629, Fri, 060812.     Isla Coronados.     We're up early this morning with a visit from a pod of dolphins.  We were all out on deck to watch as the dozen or more swam past the boat, slapping tails and puffing, herding the fish into one place.  Then the excitement started as the dolphins started jumping and diving into the school of fish for their breakfast treat.

All the while the sun was still hiding below the horizon turning the sky a bright orange with a long streak of fog hugging the banks on our other side.  We don't want to leave out the morning alarm clock, all the seagulls squawking like a huge convention going on out of control.

We left Bahia Marquer after breakfast or maybe you could say we were run out.  The bees came in a huge group and were much more aggressive than at Coronados.  They must have smelled something inside the boat.  We closed the back door which sent most of them away.  Then we would open the door which seemed to bring them back.  As I walked to the front of the boat I left little wet puddles in the morning dew.  Looking back I could see foot prints filled with bees as they tried to gather the water.

As I am typing the fog is rolling in with a breeze, feels like we are in Monterey.

We got out of Bahia Marquer leaving all the bees behind and motored across the waters to Isla Coronados.  Who should be there but our friends on Belle Brisa.  Richard came on the radio to say that we would go to any lengths to get our books back.  Funny, we didn't even remember we had given them out.  Speaking of books, the new kindle is great.  Sue has gone through the list, organizing, that we got from our friend Richard on Trinity.  She said the list contains five or six thousand books.  I'm going to have to get busy reading.  The list has everything from Clancy to Shakespeare.

Soon after getting the anchor down we got a visit from the local greeting committee.  A half dozen dolphins came right by Neos and swam back and forth for awhile.  The water isn't real clear but we could see their dark silhouettes as they passed under water by the boat.  What a great front row seat.  Katie was busy with her camera but unfortunately she got some great pictures of her feet while getting the on and off button mixed up for the record mode.  Luckily the dolphins returned for a second chance and she got some good video.

Katie got in a good swim here at Coronados, I simply went in and out.  Way too cold for this guy.  I only went in because Sue had given me a hair cut and I needed to get the hair off me.  No, no buzz cut for this guy.  We played PIGS.  What a miserable game.  I have become my Dad.  As the others touched their nose for getting four of a kind I felt like I was in slow motion, losing miserably.  I got them with a fake once, got them good on that one.  We switched up the game to Webboggle and got into the twenties.  The letter combinations were really tough.  It was like we got into some sort of advanced game or something.  Enough of that.

Sue went crazy with the TED.com.  She downloaded until the internet place said we had used up the entire month's worth of bytes.  Oops.  Guess we will have to cool it for awhile…..more later..
