0654. Fri, 042413. Caleta Lobos.
We are back to our old routine. Breezy nights, morning alarm of seagulls crying out because it is time to get up. Sue gives the deck a cleaning with the morning dew while I write up the happenings. Good morning.
I've gotten into the "ancestry.com" web site and there is a lot of information there. With a slow connection to the net it can take forever at times to maneuver around, but I am thankful I have any connection out here in our little anchorage. I have been told that I am consuming too much time at the computer so I will have to set it aside and get back to chores.
Sue has been going through old photos and I think now has all of her family in the computer. They need arranging I guess and trying to figure who is who in the pictures. She comes from a big family so it is hard to tell the kids apart at their young age.
We did the right thing the other night. After all the taxiing back and forth of guests we headed out to Caleta Lobos instead of doing the lazy thing and staying put. It turned out to be a coromuel night, the nightly winds blowing close to twenty knots all night. We were snug in our little cove all alone as those in Balandra probably got blasted. It is simply a big funnel and can really whistle through there.
We finished up Banshee last night. I don't think it was on the favorites list, but entertaining just the same. It keeps you wondering what this fake sheriff will be up to next
.more later..
