0726, Wed, 402913.  La Paz.

 

Cold and blustery.  That is the weather for the past couple of mornings.  We thought we were going to make a store run yesterday but it just didn't seem to fit in with the choppy seas so we stayed put.  We heard one guy on the radio who was having a bad day with his anchor but it seems he got things figured out.  Just one of those days. 

We made a phone call to the birthday girl, always a highlight of the day.  Sue and I surprised her with a round of the birthday song.

I was busy with the genealogy while Sue was busy with pictures.

Sue just noticed that the kayak on the front trampoline flipped and was over by the life lines.  I guess it did get windy last night.  Good thing I tied it on.  Never a dull moment around here.

We finished up the Lincoln movie.  Sue pointed out that Lincoln's VP seemed to get along with ole Abe much better in the movie than in the book.  Incredible times, incredible solutions.  This is a good movie for the young ones to learn some of our history…..more later..
