0731, Wed, 050813.  Marina Cortez.

 

We finally got around to scrubbing the deck.  The rivers of mud were washed away and Neos is sparkling.  That kept us busy all morning.

In the afternoon we headed out for a long walk down to the Mega grocery mall to take in a movie and get some groceries.  As usual, the info on movies playing at the cinema was totally goofed up so we would have to hang around for two hours for a movie to use our discount, two for one, ticket.  Heck with that.  We put out the big bucks and headed into to see Iron Man 3 in 3D.  It was a great movie.  The 3D is pretty kewl but I'm not sure it is worth the extra money.  We saw it in the plush Platinum theater though, that might be worth the extra money as we were both pretty tired from all the scrubbing.  To start with, there is a separate place to pay for this theater, clear in the back (makes you feel real special).  You even pick out your seats while paying for tickets.  Inside they offer everything from mixed drinks to full meals if you want.  The seats are paired with a little glass tray that slides into place as well as each seat being a Lazy Boy style, big, plush, and reclining.  Just what two tired people need, ahhhh.

We hit the grocery store afterwards and then headed out to the bus for our ride back to the boat.  I guess one movie wasn't enough, playing at the Neos theater was the fourth installment of the Twilight series.  This is kind of weird but entertaining…..more later..
