0725, Mon, 092313.  Rocklin, CA.

 

We started the day out with a run to Home Depot to check on the airless paint sprayer and pressure washer for the upcoming project.  Of course they didn't have the same brand as what was on line just confusing the whole issue that much more, but it was good to get a look at what was there.  I've got the pressures down that I need and the rest is pretty much buttons and whistles.  This has narrowed the price range down as well.  I think one more go at the internet and we will be ready to order.

In the afternoon we went for a walk to the grocery store.  What a beautiful day for a walk.  I wonder if the weather here ever changes.  Ha. 

We tried to take in the America's Cup only to find that it had been called due to the wind coming from the wrong direction.  What a bunch of weenies.  Although, I do understand the reasoning.  The course is a simple down and back type of course.  With the wind coming directly off shore there wouldn't be much excitement or challenge to set the sails in one place and simply fly down the course without any tacking or jibing.  The excitement will have to wait another day.  (We are a day behind since we can only get the race on You Tube, so they may have raced yesterday???)

Netflix time.  They have some real loser movies.  There have been nights we have shut down several movies just to watch something with a little interest.  Last night we watched a movie with lots of big names that was simply a huge dud.  Bruce Willis, Antonio Banderas, Madonna, Marisa Tomei and more.  It simply shows, it isn't up to the actors alone.  I'm not sure how they got these people to sign up on this project.  So, if the chance arises to see Four Rooms, PASS!....more later..
