We tried to show him which lot on his printout of Google and he was off to his office to do some more research. Finally he came back with the setbacks for the edges but nothing on the seasonal stream since none of his information showed a seasonal stream. I asked if the setback was figured out on a case by case basis or if there was something in the code that covered a general setback in such cases. He was still puzzled. Bureaucracy.
