It was the usual early morning start to the day at karate then over to the office building to do a little more paint touch up around the doors and pressure wash the parking lot. I dropped Sue off as I headed over to karate where she was able to get into doing some badly needed gardening. We finished up around noon with much satisfaction in our accomplishments.
The day finished up with another trip up to Auburn for a Halloween party. A couple of friends had invited us to a fundraising party. It didn't start until eight and ran till midnight, a little past the old bed time, but fun just the same. We ran across a few old friends but with the costumes it was hard to tell who was who. People went all out with their outfits making it a lot of fun to see the different imaginative outfits. I went as a Ninja while Sue was a fairy, complete with little wings (thank you to Karissa for loaning Gams her wings and wand). We enjoyed a lot of dancing, still able to enjoy our moves on the floor…..more later..
