No more snow. The sun is shining but we still have the cold temperatures. Looking at the thermometer down south it looks like they almost reached 80 degrees in La Paz. I asked Sue if she missed it, she said, Only the weather.
Sue was busy scanning more of our stuff yesterday. We have a big hutch full of memorabilia, some of it scannable. So I helped out with that. It is kind of fun to go through the old stuff once in awhile. We have an original "E" ticket from Disneyland as well as a stack of those dual pictures that, when viewed through a "stereoscope", become 3D. We don't have the viewer though. Now that would have been really kewl. We do boast a picture of Lincoln and his cabinet as well as the funeral procession. Also in the collection is a pile of old newspapers complete with full page pictures of the devastation of San Francisco the day after the big earthquake and fire. It pretty much leveled the city…….more later..
