We walked to school with Max enjoying the fresh smell of the moist air. Upon arrival back at the house I was chosen to play with Karissa. What a character. We got out the potato head people and I tried to put him together with a nose for a mouth and hands for eyes but she wouldn't have anything to do with it. I would shift them all around in some other goofy manner and still, no go. They had to be just right. We had a tea party then she got out her princess dress and put that on. We tried to put the cape on me but the opening for the neck didn't quite fit. Once again I tried as I tucked it in my back pockets but it just wasn't right. Then we headed downstairs to read books and zoom around the room. What better way for a grandfather to start his day.
The bricks are gone. We now have access to the full room without a clue to what we want the outcome to look like. We have about a half dozen ideas. It is so hard to figure which one would look the best…..more later..
