0804, Tue, 031114. Rocklin, CA.

I worked on the final connections at the electrical service for the three new circuits. The new circuit breakers slipped in without a hitch and the rest of the connection went just as well. Sue wants a couple of lights in the dining room so I was busy laying them out working around the vent that was put sort of in the center (and in the way).
Sue was painting. She picked out a very bright color for the office. She loves it. It will take a couple of coats though to cover. It is just one of those colors that likes a nice full coat.
We headed home for lunch and kids. They came over for their visit and a project. Sue had balloons with string dipped in glue that wrapped around the balloons. When it dries the balloon is removed and you end up with a ball shaped (egg shaped?) string thingy. It turned out to be a hard project with the string not sticking to the balloon. After a couple of wraps the string would slip off, and of course, all that glue on your hands. I remember doing this in grade school as a kid but I can't imagine the poor teacher with a couple dozen kids all full of mess at the same time trying to get that string to stick to the balloon…...more later..
